Residents of Knutsford are encouraged to join the Knutsford Community Response Society, our newly founded not-for-profit organization dedicated to
planning for and responding to emergencies in our community.
You must be a current resident of Knutsford to qualify.
There is no cost for membership, and it entitles you to voting rights at our Annual General Meeting to help guide the future direction of the society.

Information you provide will be kept in confidence.
Knutsford Initial Response Team is Recruiting
Our Mission: To preserve the safety of the Knutsford Community through timely and effective responses to the threat of emergency situations such as wildfires.
We are actively involved in the British Columbia Cooperative Community Wildfire Response Program.
If you are 18 years of age or older, a member of the Knutsford community, or living in the immediate area of Knutsford and with a desire to serve on this exciting and rewarding team, we would like to hear from you.
Positions on the team include fire suppression, logistics, support and communications. Not all positions require fire suppression activity. Required training will be provided.
The application process includes an interview, orientation, and a criminal record check.
